CNC Machine Operator

I am currently working with a Maldon based Precision Engineering company who require an additional Machine Operator to join their small, highly skilled, late shift team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Machine Operator with experience in manufacturing or production processes who is looking for the chance to train as a setter/operator.

The candidate we are looking for will have:

• Experience of working as a Machine Operator in an engineering environment
• Ideally some experience of large batch component production
• Comfortable working 4.00pm to midnight Monday to Friday
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to multitask, minding several machines at once

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Running various machines to produce small batch and large batch items
• Carrying out basic troubleshooting maintenance to machines
• Checking quality of items produced
• Learning to set CNC machines
