Currently, the search is on for a dynamic Telesales Executive with a flair for sales and a passion for excellence in Facilities Management. The role requires a blend of telesales acumen and the confidence to engage with clients face-to-face. Candidates with a background in Facilities Management, Fire Safety, construction, or refurbishments are highly desirable, particularly those with experience in Fire door remedial work and surveys.
The ideal candidate will possess:
– Proven sales experience in Facilities Management or related fields.
– Knowledge of Fire Safety regulations and solutions.
– A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
In return, our client offers a highly competitive remuneration package. The earning potential is reflective of performance, with current sales team members achieving in excess of £7,000 per month, and top performers earning over £10,000 monthly.
