    I am currently working with a Basildon engineering company who require an additional Injection Moulding Machine Operator to work a permanent nightshift  Monday to Thursday 07:30pm – 6:00am.

    The role:

    In this Injection Moulding Machine Operator role you will be responsible for carrying out the operation of injection moulding machines to produce high value plastic components using a variety of machinery. The work will include:

    • Loading machines with raw material
    • Monitoring machine controls
    • Regulating moulding temperature, volume of plastic, pressure and time
    • Trimming excess plastic
    • Identifying reject material and regrinding
    • Carrying out quality control
    • Packing finished product

    The candidate we are looking for will have:

    • Ideally experience in a plastic moulding manufacturing environment
