A deep understanding of Windows Server, GPOs, Active Directory, networking, and routing is essential. Senior-level administration expertise in Office 365, SharePoint, Intune, and cloud security is also required.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the ITIL framework, excellent relationship management and team-working skills, and experience working under pressure. A data-driven and risk management approach to decision-making, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage external service providers are also key. It would also be advantageous for applicants to have worked with teams outside of the UK!
